I write about the basic formula of healthcare and fitness all the time. Everyone gives a lot of excuses but a dedicated one with mouths shut will overlook and concentrate to achieve the goals. 

With my experience, I came up with some essential methods which anybody can harmonize for a happier and healthy life.

Waking up at 5 AM

I know it is a tough task but with one condition you can stick to the plan i.e you must have a purpose. Keeping a good reason in mind, it will be helpful to wake up early. You can make it a habit like our habit of eating breakfast. 

It can benefit you in so many ways like you can get more time for yourself, can become a new person with a new sense of clarity, and purpose for life, and be confident enough for better health.

Sips of Green tea

Everyone doesn't know about the miracles of Green tea- “It is a blessing in disguise”. Green tea contains caffeine and L- theanine, both of which enhance alertness and attention, which is beneficial, especially in the morning. And, drinking Green tea before a workout increases fat burning and reduces muscle damage. 

As per much scientific research, the experts found that consuming Green tea promotes weight loss, blood sugar regulation, and disease prevention. It also keeps our skin and liver healthy, reduces blood fat levels, and improves brain health. So, all we need is to Take a sip to Stay Healthyfit.

Use the gym or your house to Burn Calories

In this competitive tour of life with so much pressure and uncertainty, we usually forget about our health state. It's important because “a healthy heart and a healthy mind bring prosperity within itself, others, and to the world”

Practice napping Early

Early bed leads to a productive morning where you allow yourself to squeeze in a workout or can add some extra hours at the office. You feel full of energy which sharpens your mind and keeps your heart healthier. 

Good news! You may not need a personal trainer to reach your next fitness motives. Going to bed early also practically guarantees you’ll drink less which is a good thing for your health and your sleep.
