What is XpressFIT?
I'm Sudeshna Roul founder of XpressFIT, a leader in bringing fitness and health
attention.
I started XpressFIT as a simple blog and from then always tried to motivate and encourage people by writing articles about my fitness ideas.
As the name defines, it's all about expressing yourself through your mindset, and body language and the bottom line is "To be happy". This is like home and I started this fit studio because I wanted to provide a place where people can learn about health and fitness, have pep talks and share their own health struggle stories, inspire one another, and live an easy-breezy life.

We also follow some rules: #Rule1- We believe in humanity and equality, whether a beginner or a long-period workout practitioner(All are One).

Why XpressFIT?

To work on fitness first, we have to reset the mindset, help you improve your eating habits, and change your life for the better.

All we want is your attention and sincerity towards your goal. We always want to follow the path where the workout is more about fun and smiles.

If you don't want to do hardcore exercises or go to the gym, then it's OK we understand, and can provide you live power sessions with our best physical trainer. We want you to express yourself & find happiness, focus and accomplish your training.

Initially, we will help you to learn the basic workouts and change the diet plan, which will add changes to your appearance and mindset slowly but steadily. We prepared this content under the supervision of experts who make it easy for you to understand the latest scientific studies and research about workout motives.


Fitness

We exercise to find happiness and fun. Look, if you don't want to do running, or jogging on a treadmill for 4- 5 hours, then don't do it. If you are a food lover and the idea of fasting, and leaving your favorite food sounds miserable, then don't do it!


There are various ways to burn calories and better methods are acceptable, provided they get you results and put a smile on your face. Burpee, Yoga, Karate, weightlifting, cycling, Dancing, Frisbee, Crossfit, whatever it is- we will help you find what makes your heart beat faster and help you get better at it.


Now, if you are up to burning some calories with exercise focus on your diet plan which is very important because if you don't take it seriously then there is no use in workouts.

And in phase one, we will start with basic workouts. I'd recommend you look into starting with XpressFIT Beginner Body Weight Kit and other related health equipment available in the store, check out the XpressFIT app. For health care, we will go with meditation and breathing exercises and finally, CHeers to a stress-free life.


Diet

When it comes to being fit all we do is how to adapt the workout forms, step in a fast way, and how to lose weight in as short as possible time period but nobody thinks about the diet plan. If you only focus on your fitness rather than diet then doing exercise gives you no progressing results.

As said by Joyce Meyer-"I believe the greatest gift you can give to your family and the world is a healthy you".

However, once it involves changing into form, your attitude to life and self-discipline are more crucial than both fitness and food.
