Fitness
We exercise to find happiness and fun. Look, if you don't want to do running, or jogging on a treadmill for 4- 5 hours, then don't do it. If you are a food lover and the idea of fasting, and leaving your favorite food sounds miserable, then don't do it!
There are various ways to burn calories and better methods are acceptable, provided they get you results and put a smile on your face.
